Founded by Preet Rehal and Harvinder Rehal, Gurvir Collective is a family-driven real estate investment and development company focused on multifamily infill development in Western Canada, with projects across British Columbia and Alberta.

We focus on acquiring well-located urban sites and transforming them into thoughtfully designed multifamily rental homes that enhance the communities they serve while delivering durable long-term value.

Our journey into real estate began in 2018 with the acquisition of a commercial property in Surrey, BC, home to the long-standing medical aesthetics clinic Eternity Laser & Skin Care Inc. This first investment laid the foundation for what would become a disciplined approach to real estate ownership and development.

In 2023, the family expanded into Alberta’s strong rental market with the acquisition of Jasper Place, a multifamily property in NW Edmonton. Through strategic renovations, building system upgrades and extensive unit improvements, the property was repositioned into a stable and well-performing rental asset.

Today, Gurvir Collective is focused on ground-up infill development projects, building high-quality rental housing in strong urban neighborhoods.

But beyond real estate, Gurvir Collective was created for a deeper purpose.

The company is named in honor of Gary Rehal, Preet’s beloved brother, who passed away on April 6, 2025. Gary believed strongly in the entrepreneurial vision shared by his mother and sister, and he encouraged them to pursue real estate as a path to building long-term family wealth.

Inspired by his belief in them, the family committed to building something meaningful together.
